Mukka Maar Camp

Launch: मुक्का मार CAMP - SELF DEFENCE TRAINING (MUKKA MAAR)

The Mukka Maar Camp is a self-defence training initiative launched jointly by Rotary Club and Red Brigade Lucknow. The programme focuses on empowering women and girls by teaching practical self-defence skills while promoting:

• Self-confidence (आत्मविश्वास)
• Self-Defence (आत्मरक्षा)
• Unity (एकजुटता)
• Leadership (नेतृत्व)
• Women's empowerment (सशक्तिकरण)

The initiative is being implemented across four districts of Bihar through Rotary Clubs with the vision of creating an empowered society where every girl has the confidence and ability to protect herself.
